THE SEMINAR PLAN

Personal experience makes learning last. And in order to put what has been learned into practice, it is often necessary to reflect on our attitude. Depending on the training goal and the group, I offer custom-tailored seminars with the following elements:

• The presentation of relevant information and helpful mind-models
• Demonstration and dialogue
• Exchange of experiences, facilitated discussions
• Creative techniques and solutionist methods to develop or deal with a problem
• Exercises, experimental conduct in role-plays
• Constellation, consultation and supervision

The quality of my seminars lies particularly in their goal-oriented and varied composition with a high percentage of practice units. Experience and expertise from your professional context are included so that the transfer into everyday practice of what has been learned is as easy as possible.

You will receive a script for each seminar with the most important contents comprehensively presented for further reading. There is no need to take notes; you can concentrate all your senses on the material.
