MY APPROACH

Coaching and consulting are based on trust and discretion. As your coach, I am bound to confidentiality.

Since change can be an upsetting process as new insights and behaviours are generated and tried, it might involve temporary confusion and even intense, emotional experiences.

For this reason, I offer, both in coaching and seminars, an opportunity for safe encounter in which you will receive attention and appreciation. In this framework, I invite you to repeatedly and constructively question your attitudes and behaviours and to experiment with a new manner of thinking and acting that will serve your goals and contexts. I use methods that are proven, plausible and solution-oriented.
